4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
4 tsp baking powder
zest of 1 lemon and juices

Pre heat oven to 325º
Beat your eggs and sugar first until pale and thick. Then add all your other ingredients at once and continue to beat until you have a smooth and light consistency. Grease your pan of choice and add batter.Bake for about 30 min or until golden .

I always bake this cake in a rectangle pan and after the cake has cooled I make a lemon sugar icing to cover the top of the cake with. It's simple and divine!
