Crust
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Filling
1/4 cup butter or margarine softened
1 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup light corn syrup
2 TSR. Vanilla
1 1/4 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º
For Filling, cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, syrup and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375ºF for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 325ºF for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature before cutting.
One 9- inch pie.
