1 1/2 lb. (6 sticks) butter, softened
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
berries of your choice, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. In a large bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until fluffy. Blend flour into mixture. Add extracts and any berries. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.

I like to drizzle a glaze over this cake before serving. I usually stir together some powered sugar, with a little orange juice and half & half.
