Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic
Olive Oil
Beef Broth (2 Beef Bouillon)

Directions:
Wash Artichokes, and cut off their stems. Trim the tips of the Artichoke with a scissor and set a side to make the filling.
In a bowl , mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper and moisten with olive oil then fill each Artichoke leaf with the bread crumb filling and place in a large enough pot. Then place 2 tbsp. of Olive Oil in the bottom of the pot and add 2 garlic cloves to roast then add enough water to the pot to cover the Artichokes mid way in height. Cook until leaves are tender and easy to remove.
