1 T salt
1/2 T pepper
Medium sized red onion sliced very, very thin
1 head green cabbage, sliced very thin
1 head red cabbage, sliced very thin
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
On the bottom of a wood bowl combine salt, pepper and onion. Mash onion into salt and pepper until onion is translucent. Then add vinegar, combine. And then oil, combine. Mix in cabbage and coat thoroughly with dressing.
