2 10oz packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter, cut into small pieces
4 oz of Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
Ritz Cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Prepare broccoli according to package instructions, do not add salt. DRAIN WELL
Add to broccoli 1/2 of butter pieces and Velveeta cheese.
Combine well and place in flat 9 x13 baking dish.
In a ziplock bag smash together Ritz crackers and the other half of the butter pieces. Evenly cover the the top of the broccoli with the Ritz cracker and butter mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º

This can be assembled ahead of time (without the cracker crumbs)and refrigerated. Just add the cracker crumbs just before baking.
