3 lb shrimp (fresh or frozen)
2 (4oz) cans of sliced mushrooms, drained
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 T chili sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
dash of Tobasco
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp salt
dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen shrimp. Peel shrimp and remove veins.
Cut six (12 inch) squares of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Divide shrimp in six portions, placing each portion of shrimp on half of square of foil.
Place mushrooms on top of shrimp
Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce; pour over shrimp, using approximately 3 T for each portion.
Fold other half of foil over shrimp and seal edges, making double folds in the foil.
Place packages on a BBQ grill about 4 inches from coals.
Cook for 20 minutes or until shrimp is tender.
To serve, cut a big cross in the top of each package and fold the foil back.
