3 1/2 lbs Frozen Brocolli
1 lb Velvetta Cheese Box(sliced)
1 stick Butter
1 sleeve Crackers(crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-Heat oven at 375
At bottom of pan place 5 pads of butter.Pour 1/2 of brocolli over,then 5 more pads of butter,1/2 of velvetta slices,remaining brocolli,then 5 more pads of butter,add remaining cheese.Pour the crushed Ritz crackers over all.Cover with foil.
*Brocolli does not neeed to be thawed if made the day before.
Bake for 45 minutes
