Russet Baking Potatoes (1 per person)
Lawry’s Season Salt (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Squeeze Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, boil potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender. Have a large baking pan ready. Cut potatoes in 1/2 (long ways). Place potato halves skin side down on the baking pan. Squeeze butter on top of each of the potato halves and let melt. Then, sprinkle a generous amount of Lawry’s Season Salt, Salt, and Pepper to potato halves. Broil on high in oven until potatoes are crispy and golden on top.
