4 cups red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup minced scallions
1/2 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
2 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 1/2) pound
1 tablespoon capers, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the tomatoes, scallions and basil in a large bowl and toss.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, the vinegar, and
salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the tomato mixture and toss.
3. Place the tomato mixture in a shallow bowl or on a platter. Top with the
crumbled cheese and sprinkle with the capers. Drizzle with the remaining
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add more pepper if desired and serve
