1 Stick Butter or Margarine
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a saucepan, add sugar, cocoa and milk. Mix well. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and beat until mixture begins to thicken. Add vanilla anytime.
