3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups cooked, mashed, sweet potatoes
2/3 cup water
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 1/2 tsp allspice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour 1 cup + 1 tbs of batter into pint jar. Wipe rim of jar. Place jars with batter on a cookie sheet. (with out lids) bake @ 325º for 45-55 minutes. If batter bakes over the top of the jar, trim bread. Place lid on rim of jars while bread is warm. Turn jars upside down to cool.
