1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp oil

Combine dry ingredients. Set aside. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon batter onto hot grill.
