1/2C. Rice Vinegar, 1/2C. Olive Oil, 1T. Pure Sesame Oil, 1/4C. + 1T. Soy Sauce, 1 1/2T.Lemon Juice, 1T. Water, 1tsp. sugar, 2T. Ketchup, 3T. Ginger Root (minced), 1tsp. Ground Ginger, 1/2tsp. white pepper, 1tsp. peanut butter, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1/2C. chopped white onion, 3T. chopped celery

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor and serve over a nice chilled salad or toss with your favorite pasta and serve cold.

This is my version of the infamous "Bennihana" dressing. The first time I ever ate this was in NYC with Mom, Johnny and brother Lance. I have loved this dressing ever since.
