1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup zucchini grated

Mix all ingredients well. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350ºF for 8-9 minutes
