1 T. margarine/butter
2/3 c. Bisquick Mix
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

2 1/2-3 1/2 lbs. fryer chicken, cut up.

Pre-heat oven 425º

Melt margarine in 13x9" pan in oven.

Mix baking mix, paprika, salt, pepper; coat chicken. Place skins side down in pan. Bake 35 min. Turn over and bake another 15 min. or until done.
