1 pkg. (8-oz) cream cheese, softened (can use low fat)
1/3 c. sugar or Splenda
1 egg
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Topping:
1/2 c. sour cream (can use low fat)
4 tsp. sugar or Splenda
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar (or Splenda) for several minutes until smooth. Add egg and extract; beat on low just until blended. Pour into 6" pie plate coated with Pam. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Remove to wire rack and cool 5 minutes. Combine topping ingredients, spread over cream cheese filling. Bake 7-8 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Run a knife around edge and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with assorted fruit, if desired.
