3 cups thinly sliced apples
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
crust for top and bottom of pie (maybe Delores' pie crust!)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of sugar mixture over bottom crust.
3. Alternate layers of apples and sugar mixture in the crust. Dot top with butter and sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
4. Cover with top crust and crimp edge. Recommend covering the edge with pie crust shield or tin foil to keep from burning.
5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375 degrees and bake about 30 minutes or until apples are done.
