1 lb chicken, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
4 med carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp hot sauce
8oz pineapple chunks, reserve juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 bell pepper, cut into 1 in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, carrots, broth, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, allspice, and hot sauce together in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Mix cornstarch and reserved pineapple juice together. Gradually stir into chicken mixture. Stir in pineapple and bell pepper. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
