2 1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c shortening, cold
12 Tbsp. butter, cold and cubed
1/4 c to 1/2 c ice water

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor pulse together flour, salt, and sugar. Add in cold shortening and pulse 2-3 times. Add cubed butter and pulse until pea sized clumps remain. Add in 1/4c water and pulse. Add more if needed until dough forms and cleans side of bowl.

Split dough into 2 pieces, flatten, and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 30 minutes. Roll out on floured surface and use in any pie recipe.
