1 1/2 lb of ground beef and ground pork mixture
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
3 slices of bread
lots of Parmesan cheese
dried parsley flakes or chopped fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg in a bowl and tear up bread that has been wet with water. Add onion, parsley and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Add meat, mix well.
Form into balls and brown thoroughly in olive oil.
Add meatballs to sauce, cooking for at least 3 hours
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water to the frying pan, scraping up any brown bits and add this to the spaghetti sauce.
