1 c. crisco
1 pound box of 10x sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. of desired flavoring
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Beat well together the sugar, eggs, and crisco. Add the milk, atlernately with the flour and salt to creamed mixture. Blend in flavoring and baking powder.
Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350.

I think this is great with just powdered sugar on top. You could frost if you like.
