Crust:
1 1/2 C brown sugar (packed)
2 C flour
1 1/2 C oatmeal
2 t cinnamon
1 C butter softened but not melted

Fruit Filling:
6 C cut up rhubarb
1 1/2 C sugar
4 T corn starch
2 C water
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Press 1/3 of crust mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cook filling on top of stove until it is clear (won't get very thick). Put all the rhubarb on top of the crust and pour filling mixture on top of it. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
