Cake Mixture:
3 C flour
1/2 C cocoa
2 C sugar
1 t salt
2 t baking soda
2 C water
2/3 C oil
2 T vinegar
2t vanilla

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 C sugar
1/8 t salt
1 t vanilla
12 oz package of chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix the cake mixture together in order given. Fill cupcake papers /4 full of cake batter then add 1 T of filling to each. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
