6-8 cloves garlic
3 (15oz) cans great northern beans or cannellini beans.
1/2 c. tahini (sesame paste)
6 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp plus1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 -1/2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mince garlic in food processor, stopping to scrape down sides. Add beans and pulse machine a few times to chop coarsely. Then with the machine running slowly pour tahini through feed tube. Next add olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce. Stop occasionally to scrape down sides. Stop processor, open lid and add spices. Process thoroughly. If too thick add water a little at a time to desired consistency.
