1 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine fresh bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. condensed tomato soup

Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce salt, pepper, egg and 1/2 of tomato soup, set aside. Gently press the beef into the shape of a triangle on a piece of wax paper. Spread with the bread crumbs mixture. Roll as a jelly roll. Using the wax paper as a backing. Cut the roll into 4 equal slices and place in a shallow pan. Add the remaining soup.

Bake 350 º for 35 minutes.
