4 Boneless Chicken Breasts.
1 Package Italian Sausage (5 links).
2-3 Jars of Alfredo Sauce.
2 lbs. of Bowtie Pasta.
1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes Original.

If making the alfredo from scratch:
1/2 cup of Butter.
1-8 ounce package of cream cheese.
1 Clove of Garlic mashed.
1 Cup Heavy Cream.
1 to 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan Cheese Shredded.
Pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Grill Chicken and Sausage.

Combine Alfredo and Rotel and heat.

Boil the Noodles.

Add the Chicken and Sausage to the Alfredo.

Alfredo from scratch:
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.

Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add the garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through.

Try adding any of the following to this dish: Prosciutto Ham, Bacon, freshly chopped Parsley, Spicy Sausage, Roasted Peppers or Onions.

If you want to replace the heavy cream with milk, you will have a slightly lighter alfredo.
