2 c sugar
3/4 c butter (I used Margarine so the cookies would hold their shape better)
3/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c peanut butter
4 1/2 c quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the Oats and Peanut Butter in a large Bowl or large pot, set aside. Combine sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil for one and a half minutes (time after it starts the rapid boil). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and then pour over the peanut butter and oats, stirring until the mixture begins to cool. Drop on waxed paper to cool and set.
