6 eggs, separated
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Without using beater quickly beat egg yolks with remaining ingredients. Fold into beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into 1 quart greased baking dish.

Bake in 350º oven about 15 minutes or until dry on top. Serve immediately.
