2 T dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
3 eggs
1 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup oil
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
4 3/4 to 6 cups flour
2 T butter

Directions:
Bake all the dough now, or store it in fridge and bake them all week.
Sprinkle yeast over 1/2 cup warm water. Set aside to soften 5 minutes. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in sourdough starter, oil 1 cup warm water, sugar, salt and 2 cups four. Beat for 1 minute. Stir in softened yeast mixture and enough flour to make soft dough. Do not knead. Grease a 12 to 15 cup plastic container. Place dough in container turning to grease all sides. Cover with a cloth and set in a warm place. Let rise 1 to 1/12 hours or until double in size. Punch down dough. Cover with a tight fitting lid or wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight. Three hours before baking, grease muffin tins, set aside. Punch down dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Shape rolls. Cover with a cloth and let rise in warm place 2- 3 hours. Preheat oven to 375º. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 18-24 rolls.
