2 cups broccoli
1 cup mayo
2 cups cauliflower
¼ cup sugar
½ cup chopped green peppers
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup grated carrot
5 bacon strips (cooked and crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss vegetables in a bowl. In small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, and Parmesan cheese. Pour over vegetables. Cover and chill. Sprinkle bacon just before serving.
