3 c. kidney beans
1 c. pinto beans
1 c. whole wheat berries
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 lb ground turkey
3 tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans and wheat overnight. Simmer in the crock pot about 5 hours. Saute onions and peppers with turkey. Add chili powder. Add to crock pot and cook for an additional hour.
Serve with cheese on top.
