1 lb bacon
1 med. onion chopped
3 cans minced green chilis
3 oz can tomato sauce with basil, garlic, oregano
6 C water
6 potatoes peeled, cubed
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bacon and cook until most of the fat is rendered, but not fully crisp, add onion. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add remaining ingredients
Cook for 3-4 hours. Add cheese to top.
