Ingredients:  
1 cup almonds (either almond flour or finely ground almonds)
Dates (1 Costco box), pitted if you can find them
2 cups finely shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pit all dates if needed.
2. Put dates in food processor, approximately 10 at a time, until they ball up
3. Mix date balls into almond flour/ground almonds
4. Wet hands slightly, and form dates into 1" balls
5. Quickly roll date balls into shredded coconut
