1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour with a pinch of salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 lemon rind, grated
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
powdered sugar for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the butter, powdered sugar and flour with salt together and press into an 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake this crust at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes. Now combine eggs, sugar, lemon rind, flour and lemon juice. Pour over crust and bake 20-25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after removing it from the oven. Cut into bars.
