4-5 pounds red potatoes, cut into chunks, skins on
1 8 oz package garlic Boursin cheese
1 8 oz package whipped cream cheese
4 tbsp room temperature butter
8 cloves crushed garlic
1/4-12 C heavy whipping cream
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add potatoes, cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, until fork tender. Drain potatoes.
While the potatoes are being drained, in the pot, add Boursin, and cream cheeses, melt together. Add remaining ingredients. Return potatoes to pot. Mash with a hand masher, a whip with a hand mixer.
