1 pot roast (4-5 pounds)
1 package beefy onion soup
5 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
6 red potatoes cut into chunks
1 can French onion soup
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 tbs crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 C beef broth
3 tbs Worshetire sauce
Grill seasoning
1/3 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef and brown in a pan on all sides.
Transfer to crock pot.
Put carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot.
Put seasoned beef on top.
Put everything else in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
