2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 c. seasoned stuffing croûtons 1 c. chicken broth 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. ground mustard 1 can (14.75 oz.) salmon, drained and bones removed
Combine first 5 items. Add salmon and mix well. Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Place mixture in and shape into mounded loaf. Cover and cook an low heat for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with white sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
