2 lb. Velveeta Cheese (1 large box)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel or 1 small jar thick and chunky salsa (mild)
1/2 cup picante sauce (mild unless you like it hot)
1/2 lb. hot sausage, crumbled, fried, and drained of grease
1/2 onion, finely chopped, fried with the sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the Velveeta cheese in microwave. Add the soup, Ro-Tel, and 1/2 cup picante sauce. Fry hot sausage in a skillet with 1/2 cup chopped onion. Drain grease from sausage. Mix sausage and onions with cheese mixture. Heat and serve with corn chips. Keep dip warm while serving.
