1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
4 tbsp finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cans (10 3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced canned tomatoes
4 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix thoroughly beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, and egg. Shape into 24 meatballs. In a skillet brown meatballs. Pour off excess fat. Add soup, water, tomatoes, parsley and basil. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
