1 cup of cracker crumbs (any kind)
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of ground nuts (I like walnuts)
2 eggs beaten
1 finely diced onion
1 minced garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender add crackers and nuts and blend together to make crumbs. You will need them pretty fine. Saute onions and garlic. Mix cracker crumb and nut mixture with cottage cheese and onion/garlic mix. Shape into balls. Brown them in oil in a skillet.

You can add whatever sauce you would like to these non-meat balls. Place in a baking dish and pour your sauce over the top. Then bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
