Directions:
My recipe for cornbread dressing includes: 2 boxes cornbread prepared and crumbled, bag of Pepperidge Farm Herb dressing, 1 tube of Jimmy Dean sausage fried/crumbled slightly to get some grease off, boil onion and celery until tender and drain reserving 1/2 the juice, a box of fat free chicken or turkey stock and 1/2 to 1 cup of turkey drippings and a few dashes of sage to taste. Mix all together in big pot or bowl and dump into 9 X 12" glass baking dish and dot the top with small slices of Parkay margarine and bake about 30-45 minutes or until top looks brown and crunchy. You may have enough mixture to make a small pan or two with remaining amount.
