3 lb. boneless chuck roast
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. Dijon Mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour sauce over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Remove roast and shred. Place back in pot and stir. Serve on buns.
