5 Cups Broccoli and Cauliflower, cut in bite-size pieces
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and cauliflower in saucepan in water, until just crispy and tender. Set aside.
Make sauce by melting the butter in another pan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once and cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
Combine vegetables and sauce in slow cooker. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low 1 1/2 hours.
