1/2 cup crisco
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cup flour
6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 10 oz. bag Cadbury Mini Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Chop up/hammer Cadbury eggs. Cream butter, crisco, brown sugar, & white sugar. Add in eggs one at a time and the vanilla. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine with butter mixture and mix in candies. (Save a few to place on top before baking; candy shell facing out to add more color). Bake 8-10 mins.

These cookies are AMAZING! So amazing, I hate that Cadbury Mini Eggs are only sold twice a year!
