1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
40 mini Reese Peanut Butter cups

Directions:

Bake 375º 8-10 minutes.
Cream together margarine, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Sift flour salt and soda, then add to above mixture. Shape into 1" balls. Put into well greased mini muffin pan. Immediately press peanut butter cup into cookie as soon as removed from oven. Have wrappers removed and ready. If you wait to press them in it won't work.
