1 15oz. can crushed pineapple with all its juice
6-8 slices white bread
4 Tbsp. butter (melted)
1/3 C. sugar
2 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Grease a 2qt. casserole dish...and set aside.
Cut bread into small cubes and put into a bowl to mix...Add pineapple, sugar, beaten eggs and melted butter. Mix well so bread is incorporated in the mixture well...bake for about 30 min. uncovered in a 350degree oven...until slightly browned and set but still moist.
