Elizabeth loved to do family birthday dinners and parties at home. Her husband Jodie was born on Valentines Day and it was always a big day at our house. This menu is for a large Valentines party with friends. It is fun to note that it was written out on a piece of stationary from The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, where Elizabeth and Jodie had vacationed.
