2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Olive (or cooking) Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced or 1/4 tsp powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Pepper
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Finely chopped English Cucumber (with peel)
1 Tbsp Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 Tsp Dried Dill weed
1 lb Salmon Fillets, skin and bones removed, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
4 Bamboo skewers, (8 inches)soaked in water for 10 minutes

Preheat gas barbecue to medium-high. Combine first 5 ingredients in small cup.
Combine next 4 ingredients in small bowl. Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice mixture. Stir. Cover. Chill.
Put fish into medium bowl. Add oregano and remaining lemon juice mixture. Stir until coated. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Remove fish. Discard and remaining lemon juice mixture.
Thread fish onto skewers. Cook on greased grill for about 3 minutes per side until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve with yogurt mixture.
