2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 stick celery, minced
2 cans creamed corn
3 cups half and half
1 pound jumbo crab meat
1/2 - 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt, white pepper, and cayenne to taste
Flour tortillas
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, garlic, and celery on low for about 5 minutes.

Add creamed corn, half and half, and parsley.

Add crab meat.

Season to taste.

Simmer for about 20 minutes on low.

Cut tortillas in wedges and fry in oil until light brown.
